We are huge advocates of the Trades and for very good reason.
According to the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, an average of around 75,000 new apprentices will need to be hired per year in the next five years in order to meet the demand for skilled journeypersons in Red Seal trades.
Today our owners of ProResults Plumbing Rod and Elizabeth Novoa were yet again invited to Host a Q&A to the Plumbing Students at the Skilled Trades campus of Mohawk College in Stoney Creek, Hamilton.
Rod and Elizabeth spoke about their journey to growth, helpful tips on how to seek employment and the in’s and out’s of the Apprenticeship process. Providing encouragement to the students and a contact for future support.
