Young Women’s Conference

Attending the 25th Annual Young Women’s Conference was an incredible experience! It was a heartening event that promoted opportunities in the skilled trades, especially for young girls who might not have considered it otherwise. Emily Chung was an inspiring speaker, and the conference featured exhibitors and programs like OYAP to provide practical information and support for those interested in pursuing a career in the trades.

Being surrounded by like-minded women who are passionate about breaking down stereotypes and promoting alternative career paths was incredibly empowering. It’s so important for young people to know that there are diverse pathways to success, and events like this help to showcase the opportunities available in the skilled trades industry.
